DiscusX Hexa X - For 265 liters - 20 g is a treatment for companion fish in case of protozoa and flagellate infection (eg Hexamita, Spironucleus.)
When should HexaX be used? When your fish shows one or more of the following signs: - Stops eating - White feces - Hole in the head disease "Head and lateral line erosion (HLLE) & Hole-in-the-head (HITH)" - Infection by hexamita or protozoa - Lack of energy, dark or dull body color
Instruction: HexaX can be dosed in water or in feed. Water treatment is best carried out in a quarantine aquarium, but can also be used in the aquarium with all fish if necessary. Keep the pump and filter running and feed normally if the fish are eating.
Treatment in water:Add 1 scoop (included) (0.5 g) for every 40 liters of water. Change 30-50% of the water daily and repeat the full dose for 7-10 days. Do not stop treatment at signs of recovery (to avoid re-infection), but continue treatment for at least seven days.
Treatment in feed: Add 2 scoops (included) (1 g) for every 100 grams of jelly feed (own mixture) and mix thoroughly. Feed the fish twice a day with this food for 6 days.
